We gladly accept back your items within 14 days of receiving
your item. Custom made items, personalized items,
and monogrammed items are final sale.
To send an item back please:
1) Call 1butterflystreet.com to obtain a RA number
2) Send your item back an insured, trackable, method.
3) Once we receive your item back we will post
a refund to the credit card you originally
purchased your items with.
4) Items received outside the 14 day period
will be issued a store credit |
