Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order and are listed below. These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Express Shipping is available on select items upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Some of our products are shipped with a signature requirement upon delivery. We do ship to Canada starting out at $19.95 for ground shipping.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times do vary but most products as noted ship within 1-2 days. Some of our products are hand made and or painted at the time your order is placed. Please allow the time noted in the product details for the completion estimate and also allow 4-5 days for shipping.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it.
Please note: Custom made and personalized items are not returnable.
Some items including rugs and furniture may be subjected to a manufacture's restocking fee of up to 25% in addition to the shipping and handling if returned.
Please return items within 10 days of receipt in new condition with the manufacture's tag attached. Shipping costs associated with free or discounted shipping may apply to returned items.
If you receive a damaged freight shipment, please note the damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves. We will work with the manufacture and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
Return Policy
We gladly accept back your items within 14 days of receiving your item. Custom made items, personalized items, and monogrammed items are final sale.
To send an item back please:
1) Call 1butterflystreet.com to obtain a RA number.
2) Send your item back an insured, trackable, method.
3) Once we receive your item back we will post a refund to the credit card you originally purchased your items with.
4) Items received outside the 14 day period will be issued a store credit.

We cannot, however, be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involve any products sold on 1butterflystreet.com. Prices, availability and estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time. All sale items are final sale.

However, errors do occur on rare occasions, in which case we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and cancel any affected orders. If a credit card charge had been processed, a refund would be issued immediately.
