To convert crib to a full bed, you must buy a twin/full metal bedframe and footboard adapter (sold separately). The Chelsea lifetime crib fits a standard U.S. mattress and has a stationary gate. Crib offers three heights for the mattress. Full bed requires a standard full mattress and boxspring (sold separately).
